At Pam Pam, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all fashion tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
